Job Summary

  • In charge of UTM&EUD franchise
  • Implement and manage new launches & quarterly plans, ensure continued momentum of key products, and animate the core catalogue with creative marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage insights from product performance, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to support brand growth and enhance consumer loyalty.
  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, along with competitor strategies, to provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to deliver integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences.
  • Execute the retail strategy in close collaboration with the retail and education teams, ensuring the effective implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.).
  • Execute offline pop-up events and counter podium to enhance product visibility and engage consumers through immersive brand experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all products of responsible franchises – UTM & EUD.
  • Drive sales growth and expand the customer base through effective marketing strategies and implementation plans.
  • Ensure all executions align with the brand's premium image and identity.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the franchises, strengthening the brand's market presence.
