Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  Oracle EBS implementation
  and
  currency change projects
  across functional and technical workstreams.
• Manage the
  end-to-end project lifecycle
  — from planning, requirement gathering, and execution to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with
  cross-functional teams
  to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Oversee
  project budgets, timelines, risks, and change control
  processes.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to
  stakeholders and executive leadership
  .
• Ensure
  compliance with financial standards
  during currency revaluation and conversion activities.
• Identify and drive
  process improvement and system optimization
  initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience
  managing Oracle EBS projects
  (Finance, SCM, or HR modules preferred).
• Hands-on experience in
  currency change
  ,
  system rollouts
  , and
  global implementations
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Oracle EBS architecture, data migration, and system integrations
  .
• Excellent
  stakeholder management and communication skills
  (Chinese and English proficiency required).
• PMP
  or
  Prince2 certification
  preferred.
• Must be willing to
  work onsite in New Taipei City, Taiwan
  .
