Manage blue-collar subcontractors for offshore wind projects, ensuring timely, safe delivery.
The SBM team participates in various tasks across different functions in offshore operations. Key responsibilities involve securing installation contracts, managing technical requirements, and handling contract and claim issues. You will act as a knowledge hub for project teams and internal departments, overseeing blue-collar subcontractors on assigned projects.
The Subcontractor Manager will develop the sourcing plan, manage time and material resources, and coordinate work package outsourcing with various collaborators (Project Manager, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment).

- A natural ability to build trust and communicate clearly with collaborators
- Comfortable working across different IT systems and collaborating in remote team setups
- Able to make sound decisions independently and handle pressure in peak periods
- Flexible on work location and working hours when needed
- Willing to travel when required (approx. 20 days per year)
- And most importantly: a deep love for renewable energy and a drive to effect real change
Experience in subcontractor oversight or a willingness to learn is desired. We seek an individual with enthusiasm, flexibility, and a dedication to ethical practices.
About The Team
You'll join a dedicated team of Subcontractor Managers (SBMs) located across our offshore hubs in Denmark, the UK, PL, TW, and the US. Reporting to the Team Lead SBM in Vejle, Denmark, you'll take ownership of subcontractor sourcing under both work package and time & material models. The role blends supplier relationship management with direct project delivery responsibility.
