Key Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy & Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Identify key opportunities in MOMO's ecosystem, including category expansion, cross-sell strategies, and new brand activations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Account & Negotiation Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MOMO key stakeholders to secure optimal brand positioning, visibility, and commercial terms.
  • Lead daily negotiations on pricing, promotions, and platform support to maximize revenue while ensuring sustainable profit margins.
  • Optimize annual trade terms and marketing investments to improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Promotion & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute key sales events (e.g., 11.11, Double 12, Anniversary Sales) with competitive offers and inventory planning.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance campaign visibility, leveraging MOMO's ad tools and digital activations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize conversions and sales.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment, minimizing lost sales.
  • Optimize demand planning based on data analytics, sales trends, and promotional calendar.
  • Team Leadership & People Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and business priorities.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide continuous feedback to drive team effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture, enabling team members to take ownership of their areas while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify team development needs and provide coaching and training to enhance eCommerce capabilities.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
  • Track sales performance, profitability, and key KPIs, providing regular business updates and insights.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement in sales strategy.
