• Primary Responsibilities:
A. Align with market HR strategies and collaborate with Department Heads, HRBPs, HR CoEs, and Business Leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
B. Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, partnering with managers to understand hiring needs and filling positions within the lead time while ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates.
Proactively research markets, industries, and functional talent pools to identify candidates through various channels, including recruiting platforms, social media, campus events, and recruitment fairs, to build a strong candidate pool.
Screen candidate profiles and conduct interviews.
Consult with respective HRBPs, the HR C&B Manager, and the Head of HR to prepare reasonable and fair offers for both internal and external talent.
Act as the point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
C. Promote Zuellig Pharma's branding and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) by driving initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and ensuring a seamless and engaging process.
D. Foster relationships with local and international universities, industry organizations, and recruitment firms to cultivate a strong network.E. Utilize data-driven approaches to build talent pipelines and improve recruitment metrics.
E. Participate in market or regional HR projects (not limited to TA-related initiatives) and execute rollout plans.
F. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts.
G. Stay informed about labor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
H. Manage HR reports and metrics on an ad hoc or regular basis, as required.
