· Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Search Ranking Optimization
· Continuously improve product search rankings through SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and data-driven adjustments.
· Analyze platform algorithms and trends to maximize organic traffic and conversion rates.
· Enhance product listings (e.g., images, descriptions, keywords, naming) to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Consumer Experience Improvement
· Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by monitoring feedback, reviews, and service quality.
· Address issues related to product availability, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Customer Relationship Management
