· Continuously improve product search rankings through SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and data-driven adjustments.

· Analyze platform algorithms and trends to maximize organic traffic and conversion rates.

· Enhance product listings (e.g., images, descriptions, keywords, naming) to improve click-through and conversion rates.

  • Consumer Experience Improvement

· Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by monitoring feedback, reviews, and service quality.

· Address issues related to product availability, delivery, and post-sales support.

  • Customer Relationship Management

-Collaborate with buyers to develop joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities;

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-dealers under Taiwan's distributors, understand their business needs and ensure high levels of collaboration.
