Manage and lead SAP Applications task force to drive business value and operational excellence.

Duties
- Lead, coach and develop SAP team to High-Performance Team
- Build strong collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions
- Ensure timely support for incidents, service requests, and change requests
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, propose solutions, and drive process improvements through SAP
- Work closely with regional and global IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy
- Manage vendor relationships for SAP services and coordinate external resources when necessary
- Monitor system performance, plan upgrades, and coordinate maintenance activities
- Prepare and manage the SAP-related IT budget and resource planning

Functional skills and knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of core SAP modules and integration points
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a multinational or regional organization is preferred
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Education
:
- Graduate School or University with major in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent
Work experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Multinational corporation operation and people manager experience
