Customer Operation
The Customer Operations team is a globally aligned enterprise, dedicated to delivering continually improving value-added services to our customers that, in turn, drive revenue for company.
The Customer Operations Associate is a challenging and dynamic role, filled with opportunities for growth. You will be working with local customer operations teams to establish, maintain and improve the business relationship between the customers and the firm.
This position has high visibility within the company and requires working closely with the various departments to increase revenue at the customer. The Customer Operations Associate is required to add value at every level of transaction and communications, and act as an advocate for the customer within the factory and at the same time represent the company in all business transactions. The Customer Operations Associate gathers and disseminates information from the customer to all parties within the company and works closely with the field sales team to satisfy customer requests.
Responsibilities:
1) Externally: customer service which includes customer communication via phone calls, live chats or emails, provide support to customer's requirement, such as delivery expedites, order/shipment management, payment issues.
2) Internally: managing customer orders and working with different departments within the company (e.g. Supply Chain, Sales, IT, Accounting and so on)
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin
3) Energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude
4) Strong computer and Excel/ Power Point skills
5) Ability to see situations from a Macro point of view
