Calls Over Ridges is a Taiwan-based international education NGO dedicated to planting
sustainable, locally led education solutions in underserved communities. Since 2015, we've operated in Nepal, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia, empowering local teams to deliver programs like school transportation, nutrition initiatives, literacy projects, and teacher training. Our mission is to "exit" by fostering autonomous local NGOs that continue driving change.
About the Role
The Project Coordinator is an entry-level position supporting the operational flow and data foundation of international projects at COR. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that project monitoring processes are organized, data is consistently captured, and reports from local teams are aligned with COR's quality standards. This is an ideal position for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in M&E, project systems, and cross-country coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, M&E trackers, and shared data dashboards in collaboration with the Local Team Project Department Personnel
- Assist in collecting and verifying monthly reports, attendance records, and activity updates from local teams
- Support data consistency checks across countries and follow up on missing or unclear data points
- Organize and support internal project monitoring or review meetings, ensuring insights and challenges are documented and circulated
- Provide logistical and documentation support during internal evaluations or learning sessions
- Draft summaries and basic charts for internal review presentations or donor-ready materials under supervision
- Assist in refining report templates and aligning visual documentation (e.g., photo folders, story highlights) with reporting periods
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Department as support functions to prepare communication-ready project stories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or final-year student in International Development, Education, Project Management, or Social Sciences
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative or program support roles
- Familiarity with basic monitoring practices, including data entry, quality checks, and outcome tracking is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with spreadsheets and digital documentation
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to meaningful international education work
- Working knowledge of English; proficiency in Mandarin or a regional language is a plus
Work location:
At Headquarter with benefits of two days per month of working-from-home
Field work:
Will take place base on necessity. Team member will report to field office as quarterly planned.
