Job Description
Manage a large part of the new retail division's merchandise assortment under supervision of the company's Merchandising Director.
Maximize revenue generation and profitability via assortment decisions with a clear and constant customer focus.
Ensure assortment reflects the current market conditions, customer preferences, competitor offerings and brand positioning strategy of the company.
Support decisions upon assortment composition, additions, eliminations and alterations of SKU listings and pricing.
Cooperates on a day-to-day basis with the group's wholesale merchandising team and aligns closely with the warehousing & logistics and store operations functions of the retail business.
Supports continuous improvement of the assortment.
Opportunities to be promoted to higher management positions within the merchandising team after a few years as the company grows.

負責品類規劃管理,依據商品銷售表現作適當調整
與倉庫與物流團隊對接開店前商品備貨量、銷售預估量及後續營運規劃
持續不斷優化商品組織表最佳化選品及品類規劃
視工作績效有機會晉升更高階管理職位
Optional Add-on
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably business-related
• 5-10 years of experience in merchandising/ assortment management in the retail sector, preferably FMCG retail
• Proven track record in sourcing new potential suppliers and supplier negotiation
• Local Taiwanese with profound knowledge of the Taiwanese consumer market
• Proficiency in MS Excel and solid experience with MS Power Point and MS Word
• Intermediate English. Fluency is a plus
• International experience in the U.S. or Europe is a plus
• Good team player, passionate about retail, to work in a small entrepreneurial team and willing to build something new
• 大學以上學歷,商科相關專業優先
• 5-10年零售業商品/品類管理經驗,快速消費品零售業優先
• 具備豐富的尋找新供應商和供應商談判經驗
• 台灣本地人,對台灣消費市場有深入的了解
• 熟練使用Excel,並擁有豐富的PowerPoint和Word操作經驗
• 中級英語水平,流利者優先
• 擁有美國或歐洲國際經驗者優先
• 具備良好的團隊合作精神,對零售業充滿熱情,願意在小型創業團隊中工作,並願意創新
