Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy for Asset Management
- Develop short-, mid-, and long-term product and marketing strategies for assigned financial product lines.
- Monitor market dynamics pre- and post-launch and adjust strategies accordingly while aligning internal stakeholders.
Product Design & Development
- Lead product structuring, risk control design, and documentation (prospectus, pitch materials, contracts) for new financial product launches.
- Ensure all elements meet compliance, operational, and market standards.
Project & Process Management
- Initiate and coordinate pre-launch product projects across departments, managing execution progress and implementation timelines.
- Facilitate discussions to design and optimize operational workflows to ensure readiness for launch.
Product Promotion & Internal Enablement
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies informed by market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate internal training and external product roadshows to ensure product success.
Post-Launch Product Management
- Track and analyze sales performance, gather feedback from front-line and back-office teams, and identify areas for product improvement.
- Implement product upgrades and manage the product lifecycle based on internal insights and evolving strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product development, product management, or product marketing in the
financial services industry
. - Ability to lead in a fast-changing, complex environment while mentoring junior product managers.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of successfully launching and iterating financial products.
