MediaTek 5G modem software tool team leverages insights on modem platforms, data analysis and user experience to develop intuitive solutions to simplify 5G modem development process. Our tool products need to handle massive amount of modem log data to enable timely diagnosis of complicated modem problems both in the labs and on the fields.MediaTek RF Tool, META, which powers our Helio smartphones is always ready — tuning the best RF performance, helping engineers to understand device internals, and running at the fastest speed to produce every MediaTek smartphone devices in the customer's fortress.
We are looking for software engineers who bring fresh and innovation ideas to develop the next-generation tool technologies that will change how thousands of modem developers test and debug our world's leading 5G modem products.
We are looking for a passionate engineer to join the team. You:
- Will explode the leading technologies include automation SDK , data platform, distributed computation, log visualization, cloude service, DevOps, and AI to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
- Will be part of agile software development team, collaboratively realizing features that produce software can support long-term maintainability and extensibility.
- Will devote to the software optimization, improve user interface, revise software architecture, create auto testing and auto deployment services.
Requirement
Basic Qualifications
- Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C/C++/Java/Python
- Experience with software development lifecyle methods and tools like Source Control and CI/CD related tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Interests in UX, data analytics, and complex problem solving
- Passionate and accountable for the job and love to take on new challenges
- Fast learning and proactive communication across internal and external teams
- Experience in unix/linux systems, cloud service or routers is a plus
