The Role
- The Field Marketing Specialist, based out of Entegris Hsinchu office, will report to and support the Asia Field Marketing Manager in the development of Entegris' marketing strategies aligned with the commercial sales organization's goal to grow business in Chinese speaking markets.
- With the guidance from the Asia Field Marketing Manager, the position will be responsible and accountable for planning out and executing integrated marketing campaigns/projects and marketing events to increase Entegris' brand awareness and build positive brand perception among existing/potential customers and employees, promote the company's solutions and products, generate leads and drive engagement.
In this role, you will:
Plan, organize and execute events/activities (online, offline, hybrid) in Chinese speaking markets to increase Entegris' brand awareness, build thought leadership and drive demand generation across various industries, primarily semiconductor manufacturing and packaging and SiC substrates
- Define event goals, objectives and strategies and develop execution plans
- Create marketing content via collaboration with Solutions Marketing, Brand & Digital Marketing and subject matter experts
- Lead onsite operations, logistics, vendor management and evaluation
- Utilize metrics to measure results and conduct post-event analysis and reporting
Plan and execute marketing campaigns in Chinese speaking markets to increase awareness of Entegris' brand, solutions and products and drive demand generation across various industries, primarily semiconductor manufacturing and packaging and SiC substrates
- Develop content promotion plans
- Share voice of customers, field insight and feedback with Solutions Marketing to craft key and localization-related messaging and create compelling content in different formats (technical notes, presentation slides, white paper, videos, etc.)
- Localize and review marketing content via collaboration with subject matter experts and field application engineers team
- Utilize metrics to measure results and analyze campaign effectiveness
Promote corporate level employer brand messaging and collaborate with HR department to promote recruitment programs in Taiwan to increase Entegris' brand awareness, build positive brand perception and support talent acquisition
- Develop content promotion plans
- Localize and review corporate level messaging via collaboration with HR and Corporate Communications
- Create marketing collateral and content via collaboration with HR, Brand & Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English and traditional Chinese is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications/public relations or business administration or other related fields with an emphasis on marketing or communications/public relations.
- Experience in event marketing and management and field marketing/business-to-business marketing.
- Ability to interact with highly technical people.
- Experience in content creation and message house, including social media and website copy, blog posts and presentations for sales enablement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the technology sector, especially in the semiconductor manufacturing industry/ecosystem.
- Understanding the complexity of international business would be an added advantage.
- Experience of collaborating with senior global and local leaders in a matrix organization/multinational companies is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills and stakeholder management and communication skills to deliver results and meet deadlines.
- Ability to use data, numbers and metrics to derive insights and propose action plans
- Experience in social media marketing and platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WeChat.
