About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager & Network Service Manager
to lead our Taipei Assistance Centre and support operations across Greater China. The role is responsible for
driving case management excellence, developing provider networks, and strengthening client relationships
, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical and security assistance services to our clients and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Taipei Assistance Centre, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance with global procedures.
- Oversee complex medical and security assistance cases, providing leadership in crisis situations and ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and guide the case management team, ensuring effective workload prioritization, accurate documentation, and continuous staff development.
- Collaborate with medical and security teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client and member needs.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality assurance initiatives to enhance service standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of hospitals, clinics, and service providers across Taiwan to ensure reliable, 24/7 service capability.
- Negotiate service terms, discounts, and credit arrangements to ensure cost-effective operations and timely provider payments.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with regional management to align operational strategies with business objectives and support new business opportunities.
- Participate in regional on-call rotations and contribute to cross-functional projects as part of the Operations Management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data accuracy, and information security standards across all operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5–8 years' experience in operations, assistance, or provider network management within a multinational environment.
- Proven leadership and client management experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working collaboratively across medical, security, and operational functions.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
