We're hiring a product-minded
backend engineer
to help build an enterprise-ready system and AI native experimentation platform to help us scale to 10M ARR.
ABConvert is on a mission to revolutionize the world through experimentation. Starting with e-commerce, we help Shopify brands boost profits with seamless A/B testing. You'll work with the product team to scale the existing system to support processing more than 10B events a month.
What You'll Own
- Backend services
that power product features (admin, analytics, background jobs, public API, MCP server). - Lead core components architecture decisions
- Maintain clear, scalable, and well-documented systems optimized for context engineering
- Lead third-party data platform integration
- System Health Monitoring & Observability, including on-duty.
What We're Looking For
- Having 5+ years in building enterprise-level systems with a focus on scalability and stability
- Having a strong product mindset and a focus on iterative product development
- Having strong communication and collaboration skills and empathy to understand needs not only from users but also from team members
- Having good documentation practices and experience with context engineering or AI coding
- Strong believer in AI and willing to adapt development processes to prioritize AI-driven coding
Bonus Points
- Experience or knowledge in e-commerce analytics and experimentation (user mapping, sales attribution, and A/B testing)
- Experience in self-motivated projects, such as open-source contributions or startups
- Have worked at a high-growth SaaS company before.

Compensation
NTD 1.8M–2.5M, depending on experience and level.
Equity options included, to be discussed after probation.
