Role Description


• Supported cross-border strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, corporate development, and global market expansion.


• Conducted industry research and business analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management.


• Led project management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery of key projects.


• Assisted in feasibility studies, business due diligence, and financial modeling for investment and new business development projects.


• Contributed to corporate strategy meetings, major project presentations, and special assignments from executives.Responsibilities:

Qualifications


• 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG) or in the strategy department of a large multinational corporation.


• Strong project management and data analysis skills, with the ability to quickly deliver high-quality decision-making reports.


• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas is a plus:

– Digital transformation / Emerging technologies

– Financial investment / ESG / M&A


• Fluent in English, with proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across cultures.


• Overseas education background (e.g., U.S., Europe, or Singapore) or international project experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in corporate transformation, large-scale M&A projects, or new market entry strategy planning.


• Proven track record in cross-border teamwork and cross-industry problem-solving.


• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to support executive-level communications.
