We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to drive the growth in Taiwan. You will build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), acting as the primary point of contact and aligning customer needs with company goals.
Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- 負責管理並擴展台灣市場的關鍵醫療機構客戶(醫院、實驗室、診所)
- Manage and expand relationships with key healthcare accounts in Taiwan (hospitals, labs, clinics)
- 與 KOLs 和臨床決策者建立深度合作,提升產品採用率
- Build trusted partnerships with KOLs and clinical decision-makers to drive product adoption
- 執行銷售策略與目標,達成銷售業績與市場滲透率
- Execute sales strategy and meet revenue targets and market penetration goals
- 協助客戶了解產品科學原理與臨床應用價值,定期進行產品簡報與教育訓練
- Deliver impactful product presentations and clinical education to support customer understanding
- 與行銷、醫學事務、法規部門合作,確保客戶需求被內部理解與實現
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure customer success
- 蒐集市場情報與競品資訊,提供策略回饋給管理團隊
- Collect and share market intelligence and competitor insights to guide strategic planning
Qualifications 任職資格
- 大學以上學歷,生命科學、醫藥、行銷或商業相關科系尤佳
- Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Medicine, Marketing, or Business preferred
- 5 年以上與醫院客戶合作的銷售或客戶管理經驗
- 5+ years of experience managing hospital accounts in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales
- 熟悉台灣醫療市場與採購流程,有醫院客戶網絡者優先
- Familiarity with Taiwan's healthcare system and hospital procurement processes; strong network preferred
- 具備優異的溝通能力與客戶導向思維
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
- 能獨立作業,並能與跨部門團隊有效協作
- Ability to work independently and effectively across cross-functional teams
- 中英文流利,能應對國內外業務溝通需求
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
Nice to Have 加分項目
- 有推廣分子診斷、腫瘤檢測或 NGS 產品的經驗
- Experience promoting molecular diagnostics, oncology tests, or NGS-based products
- 曾參與新產品進入市場的銷售策略或專案管理
- Involvement in market entry or product launch initiatives
