We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead business development and revenue growth in international markets.

The role focuses on driving sales opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the Edge AI server business.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the assigned region - either the Middle East, India, or France.

* Drive business development for Storage and Edge AI server solutions, including identifying customer needs, creating proposals, and closing deals.

* Manage and grow relationships with key partners, distributors, and enterprise clients.

* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, technical support) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

* Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and recommend actions to strengthen market positioning.

* Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

* Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product development.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Over 2 years of sales development experience in the IT or server industry.

* Familiarity with the Middle Eastern, India, or European (particularly French) market and business environment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
