Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant operations roles (front of house, back of house, store managers) across Taiwan.
 - Partner closely with Operations leaders to define manpower plans and recruitment priorities.
 - Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple channels (104, Cake, LinkedIn, campus recruitment, referrals, and agencies).
 - Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract restaurant and service talent.
 - Monitor hiring data, time-to-fill, and turnover trends to improve recruitment efficiency.
 - Support optimization of hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding experiences.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Business, or related fields
 - 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in restaurant, retail, or service industry
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and partner with stakeholders
 - Experience in high-volume and frontline hiring preferred
 - Passionate about people, food, and building high-performing service teams
