Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant operations roles (front of house, back of house, store managers) across Taiwan.
  • Partner closely with Operations leaders to define manpower plans and recruitment priorities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple channels (104, Cake, LinkedIn, campus recruitment, referrals, and agencies).
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract restaurant and service talent.
  • Monitor hiring data, time-to-fill, and turnover trends to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Support optimization of hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Business, or related fields
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in restaurant, retail, or service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and partner with stakeholders
  • Experience in high-volume and frontline hiring preferred
  • Passionate about people, food, and building high-performing service teams
