Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor & Deputy Director at National Tsing Hua University, located in Hsinchu City. The Professor & Deputy Director will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, publishing scholarly work, and mentoring students. Additionally, the role involves administrative duties, such as assisting in the management of departmental activities, coordinating academic programs, and representing the department in academic and professional settings.
Qualifications
- Expertise in teaching and mentoring at undergraduate and graduate levels
- Strong background in conducting and publishing research in reputable journals
- Administrative skills for managing departmental activities and coordinating academic programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in academic leadership and representation in professional settings
- Doctoral degree (PhD) in a relevant field
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is beneficial
