Responsibilities
- Manage systems install base and grow market share to meet company business objectives
- Create and align the business strategy with HQ, execute the aligned plan base on milestone, and make escalation when needed
- Collaborate with field service team, and BU technical team to ensure the system install base performance meet customer expectations
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain customer(s)
- Good English skill to liaise and follow up with HQ manufacturing to capture the customer design requirements and win the customer trust
- Communicate with Headquarter, customer and vendor on probe system related matters
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the management
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years of semiconductor industry sales or marketing experience. Wafer test or metrology product related experience are preferred
- 3 to 5 years of system selling experience in semiconductor industry
- Good communication skills and able to understand English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point for report generation and presentation
