Job Description
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Review DFM, FMEA, MIL with R&D and ODM at NPI stage, drive ODM to optimize design for manufacturing.
Hold DVT exit meeting to ensure all design and process issues are closed before moving forward to PVT.
Conducts periodic reviews to ensure NPI project is on track. Close communication with R&D team, US PE, China PE to ensure all information of NPI stage are aligned and no gap.
Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risks and status clearly and succinctly.
Review testing plan and SOP to ensure key parameters of testing and manufacturing are correctly deployed at ODM.
Review web comments, RMA returns to drive ODM to implement improvements.

Essential Skills And Experience

BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or equivalent
5 to 8 years in Product Engineering or Quality experience
Professional Experience in consumer electronics or product manufacturing.
Experience with Project Management is a plus.
Excellent English verbal and Written skills
Understand of HID or Headsets product is a plus
