The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in helping businesses find exceptional talent while guiding candidates toward exciting career opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
- Conducting cold calls to identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio.
- Scheduling and attending client meetings to understand hiring needs and build long-term partnerships.
- Proactively chasing job leads and vacancies to match candidates with suitable roles.
- Writing compelling job advertisements and managing applications effectively.
- Developing deep market knowledge within your desk's specialization to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Delivering outstanding service that reflects the Robert Walters brand.
