【Responsibilities】
- Oversee overseas growth initiatives, execute overall market strategies, and achieve growth targets.
- Conduct local OTA industry and consumer insights analysis, drive localization of products, content, and marketing campaigns, and develop channel strategies for traffic growth.
- Manage overall brand building, performance advertising, media communication, and marketing activities.
- Expand growth channels, manage SEO/SEM, social media traffic acquisition, and ad campaigns (Google/Facebook/TikTok/Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor the company's marketing budget and be accountable for overseas market growth and ROI.
Data-driven approaches and risk control:
Develop overseas data dashboards to monitor key metrics.
Anticipate policy risks and ensure compliant operations.
Team management and cross-regional collaboration:
Build and manage overseas channel operations teams, establishing performance evaluation standards.
- Coordinate resources with domestic product, design, and technical teams to facilitate efficient cross-time zone collaboration.
【Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, with familiarity in the OTA industry and European/North American markets.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and growth, with team management experience of 20+ people, and a proven track record of leading cases in European/American markets with annual GMV exceeding $50 million.
- Strong sensitivity to the OTA market, with the ability to keenly grasp market dynamics and demonstrate outstanding market analysis skills.
- Background in travel/e-commerce/online platforms; regional or global work experience is preferred. Extensive entertainment marketing experience and network resources are advantageous.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional/cross-regional teams and senior partners with diverse backgrounds to drive effective working methods and business outcomes.
- Language requirements: English and Mandarin.
