Role & Responsibilities:
- Establish and review SOPs; prepare training materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure operational compliance and quality standards are met.
- Monitor operational excellence through daily transaction reports and data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end process quality, ensuring service failures are promptly investigated, root causes identified, and preventive actions implemented.
- Continuously optimize services across all aspects, including total lead time, security, reporting, IT systems, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Act as the key global coordinator for assigned accounts, ensuring all KPIs meet requirements and driving continuous service and performance improvements.
- Manage project-based enhancement initiatives using practical tools to track progress, ensure timely completion, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years logistic industry experience with operation and commercial background
- Project management experience will be a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Ability to define problems, collect & analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
