About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centric Senior HR Specialist to take ownership of full-spectrum HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives. You'll be a key player in building a positive workplace culture, improving people processes, and partnering closely with team leaders to support business goals.

Responsibilities:

【HR Policy & Compliance】

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, organizational frameworks, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company contracts while safeguarding fairness and transparency.

【HR Programs & Projects】

  • Plan and execute key HR initiatives such as performance management cycles, employee engagement surveys, training, and talent development programs.
  • Partner with management to deliver company-wide HR solutions that support growth and adaptability.

【Employee Relations & Labor Management】

  • Manage employee relations issues and labor disputes in alignment with legal standards and company values.
  • Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture.

【Culture, Events & Engagement】

  • Plan and organize company events, employee welfare programs, and large-scale activities that promote culture, collaboration, and engagement.

【Performance & Compensation Management】

  • Coordinate performance review cycles, goal setting, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • Support compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and promotion discussions.

【HR Operations & HRIS】

  • Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR documentation, letters, headcount reports, and lifecycle administration.
  • Provide support on cross-functional HR projects or any tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in full-function HR roles, ideally in tech/startup or multinational environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Taiwan Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Strong hands-on experience in performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and professional working proficiency in English.
