We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead and elevate our global hiring efforts. This role will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategy, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill the organization's talent acquisition goals.
- Design, manage, and expand diverse sourcing channels to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, continuously enhancing hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and implement data-driven improvements across global operations.
- Drive the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in global talent markets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant recruitment experience, with strong knowledge of both global and regional hiring practices.
- Proven ability to design effective hiring strategies and manage diverse talent sourcing channels.
- Deep understanding of talent market trends and a strong track record of attracting high-potential candidates.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to align recruitment processes with organizational needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and recommend strategic improvements.
- Experience in the electronics or high-tech industry is a plus.
- Proficient in English (TOEIC score around 750 or equivalent); fluent in both written and verbal communication.
