We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead and elevate our global hiring efforts. This role will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategy, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill the organization's talent acquisition goals.
  • Design, manage, and expand diverse sourcing channels to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, continuously enhancing hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and implement data-driven improvements across global operations.
  • Drive the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in global talent markets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant recruitment experience, with strong knowledge of both global and regional hiring practices.
  • Proven ability to design effective hiring strategies and manage diverse talent sourcing channels.
  • Deep understanding of talent market trends and a strong track record of attracting high-potential candidates.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to align recruitment processes with organizational needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Experience in the electronics or high-tech industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (TOEIC score around 750 or equivalent); fluent in both written and verbal communication.
