Job Purpose:

The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of PMS Taiwan's service portfolio, including calibration, repair, on-site services, service contracts, and Extended warranty.

This position requires a strategic mindset to expand customer engagement, achieve financial targets, and ensure service excellence through strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Service, and Operation teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Management

  • Develop and execute service sales strategies to achieve annual order intake (OI) and revenue targets.
  • Manage key customer accounts and identify new service business opportunities, including service contracts, spare parts, and extended warranty.
  • Collaborate closely with Service teams (EL/LS) to align service offerings with customer needs and enhance Calibration return rate.
  • Support annual budget planning, forecast, and 3-month rolling projections for service business.
  • Drive profitability and ensure cost control for service activities in alignment with company P&L goals.

Operation Excellence

  • Work with the Service Manager and Lab Manager to improve calibration, repair, and on-site service turnaround time (TAT).
  • Optimize resource allocation and scheduling across service engineers and customer projects.
  • Monitor and continuously enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Sciences, EE/Mechanical/Physics/Environmental Engineering/Chemistry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in precision instrument service, technical sales, or after-sales business management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing service revenue streams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Mandarin; able to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
  • Resilient, adaptable to change, and capable of handling complex business challenges.
  • Willing to travel domestically and occasionally across APAC as needed.
