- Design comprehensive end-to-end observability solutions tailored to unique client requirements, ensuring seamless data collection, visualisation, and alerting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, enabling unified platform experiences.
- Define and configure meaningful monitoring dashboards and alert rules that provide actionable insights into system reliability for diverse environments.
- Architect robust infrastructure solutions across virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, and serverless platforms to meet evolving business needs.
- Implement observability architectures leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure for maximum scalability.
- Apply advanced knowledge of content delivery networks (CDN), web application firewalls (WAF) like Cloudflare, and general cloud networking practices to ensure secure deployments.
- Write automation scripts using Python or Bash to streamline deployment processes, configuration management, and integration workflows.
- Utilise Docker and container ecosystems to optimise development pipelines and enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Collaborate closely with international clients and internal stakeholders to understand their technical challenges from multiple perspectives and deliver tailored solutions.
