Key Responsibilities
- Review the pricing rationality of existing products to ensure they align with market demand, competitive conditions, and company profit targets, while maintaining flexibility in pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing department and business department to jointly design and plan pricing strategies for special marketing campaigns (e.g., promotions, discounts, packages) to enhance the effectiveness of the campaign.
- Deeply analyze the impact of existing product pricing on revenue and profits, and make specific and actionable optimization recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Regularly monitor market trends and competitor dynamics to ensure that the company's pricing strategy is forward-looking and can respond quickly to external changes.
- Report to the CFO and management team on existing product pricing and campaign performance, and provide professional advice to support decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that pricing strategies for all marketing campaigns align with overall financial goals, effectively fostering communication and collaboration across teams.
- Use Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other tools for data analysis, accurately grasping various indicators to support strategic planning.
Key Requirements
- Familiar with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and can independently complete complex data processing and indicator tracking.
- Possess the ability to interpret market data and competitor pricing strategies, and be able to make specific suggestions and implement them for different scenarios.
- Participated in the design of pricing structures for promotions or project activities, have practical experience and understand the details of relevant processes.
- With experience in cross-departmental collaboration, he can effectively promote communication and cooperation between marketing, sales, and business units to achieve common goals.
- With keen analytical insights, they can quickly identify problems from large amounts of data and propose improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, economics, finance, marketing, or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation.
- At least 8 years of experience in data analysis, pricing strategy, or revenue management, including at least 3 years of management experience.
