- Responsible for procurement at pharmacy channels, product promotion, and sales-related tasks.
- Introduce company products and provide accurate and detailed explanations from medical journals related to the products.
- Develop new customers and establish client relationships. Assist customers in product usage and offer appropriate services for queries.
- Effectively execute business promotion as per company marketing strategies to achieve or surpass annual performance goals.
- Maintain commercial product displays to facilitate turnover and sustain the company's market share.
- Possess the ability to develop self-paid products and have a strong familiarity with customers in pharmacy channel markets.
- Collect market information/ Veeva CRM management (such as key message providing, e-DA detailing, visit record etc)
- Sales analysis via excel pivot.
Requirement
- Graduated from a specialized or higher education institution, preferably in a medical, healthcare, or biochemistry-related field.
- Outgoing personality, skilled in interpersonal communication, self-driven, and capable of setting and achieving performance goals independently.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical and healthcare market.
- Preferably possess experience in both business development and either dermatology or the sales of cosmetic skincare products and pharmaceuticals.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to compile reports and organize document files. Presentation skills.
