About The Business
Work You'll do
- Working hours: 08:00-09:00 AM to 05:00-06:00 PM, with a 9-hour workday (including a 1-hour lunch break); must be flexible to work according to the schedule.
- Concierge and reception duties.
- Coordination and management of meeting rooms and administrative tasks.
- Handling and transferring calls at the main switchboard.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Basic English communication skills, TOEIC score of 500 or higher, or equivalent proficiency. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Passionate about customer service with a strong sense of approachability; not afraid of interacting with people.
- Proficient in Mandarin( listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
