【About the Role】

The Vertical Solution Manager (Commercial / Healthcare / Hospitality) plays a strategic role in shaping and executing Delta's smart building strategy across key verticals. You will lead the development of scalable vertical solutions, integrate ecosystem technologies, and support global-to-local execution in collaboration with regional teams. This role includes a strong pre-sales leadership component, driving business growth through client engagement, solution co-creation, and bid-stage proposal development. You will act as a strategic bridge between vertical market needs, Delta's global solution architecture, and ecosystem partners — enabling future-ready, intelligent, and sustainable building environments. 【Key Responsibilities】

1. Vertical Architecture & Solution Innovation


• Define and develop scalable vertical solutions tailored to office buildings, retail malls, hospitals, or hospitality spaces.


• Integrate Delta's SI Offerings, Field Solution Packages, and Portfolio Elements into compelling, tailored offerings.


• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and ecosystem partners to address trends such as decarbonization, digital twins, IAQ, and wellness.


• Continuously refine vertical strategy based on market feedback, competitor movements, and regional input.

2. Global Ecosystem Partners Establishment


• Identify, evaluate, and engage global and regional ecosystem partners relevant to vertical solution needs.


• Develop and formalize long-term collaboration frameworks (e.g., co-solution design, co-branding, joint GTM campaigns) aligned with Delta's vertical growth strategy.


• Work cross-functionally with SDT and product teams to define integration priorities, while ensuring business value, use case fit, and scalability across multiple regions.


• Champion ecosystem storytelling and reference case development to accelerate solution adoption through partner-enabled value.

3. Pre-Sales Leadership & Regional Enablement


• Act as the vertical subject matter advisor for regional teams during RFIs, RFPs, and customer solution planning.


• Deliver solution workshops, vertical-specific training, and strategic presentations in target markets.


• Work with regional Key Account Managers to align solutions to strategic customer needs and drive value-based selling.

4. Global Solution Roadshow & Launch Execution


• Lead the global launch and internal enablement of new vertical solutions and innovation packages.


• Coordinate solution roadshows and key presentation opportunities across regions to drive awareness and adoption.


• Work cross-functionally with SDT, Product, Marketing, and Regional Teams to align launch timing, messaging, and deployment strategy.


• Serve as the global face of assigned vertical solutions during initial rollout, including internal briefings, showcases, and executive updates.

【Qualifications】


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, IT, or a related field.


• 8+ years of experience in smart buildings, building automation, or real estate/building technologies.


• 3+ years in pre-sales, technical business development, or solution consulting.


• Strong experience delivering solutions for at least one of the following sectors: commercial real estate, healthcare, or hospitality.


• Deep understanding of BMS, EMS, IAQ, access control, and integration technologies (cloud/on-premise).


• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, solution storytelling, and customer-facing communication skills.


• Fluent in Mandarin and English (other regional languages is a plus).


• Willingness to travel regionally.

【Preferred Experience】


• Experience working with REITs, hospital groups, or hotel operators.


• Familiarity with smart building certifications (LEED, WELL, SmartScore).


• Background in HVAC, electrical, ICT systems integration.


• Experience supporting both greenfield and brownfield digital building projects.
