This role reports to the Director of Asia Developing Markets (ADM) team and is based out of our Taipei office in Taiwan, where we work in-office Monday through Friday each week.
What You'll Accomplish:
As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness growth across Asia. You'll lead the development and execution of localized marketing programs in partnership with our distributor network, translating strategic direction into impactful, market-relevant initiatives. Your work will elevate brand visibility, deepen consumer engagement, and support commercial success across diverse local markets.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and optimize Sales Development Funds (SDF) budgets with our Market Manager
- Collaborate with distributors to co-create annual marketing plans aligned with brand goals
- Provide hands-on support for local campaigns, including POS materials, digital content, and in-store activations
- Partner with Market Managers and distributors to execute business plans covering marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and merchandising
- Conduct quarterly reviews of marketing plans and adjust strategies as needed
- Work cross-functionally with your local Market Manager and the distributed marketing team internally to ensure smooth distributor operations
- Use consumer insights, category trends, and competitive analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Be a key contributor to our digital and communications success across Asia

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven success in brand or marketing management within the FMCG sector
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms and tools
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A willingness to travel up to 30% and the ability to work flexibly across distributed teams and multiple time zones
- The ability to commute to our Taipei office Monday through Friday each work week
