Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hsinchu City for an Autotronics PLM at Arcadyan. The Autotronics PLM will be responsible for product lifecycle management, overseeing development from conception to launch, and ensuring product quality and performance. Daily tasks include coordinating with product development teams, managing project timelines, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align product strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and product development processes
- Strong knowledge of Autotronics systems and technologies, in particular ADAS, connectivity modules and TCU/Tbox.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred
