Reporting to: Global Total Rewards Manager

Role Overview:

This role serves as a key contributor to the organization's global Total Rewards agenda, supporting the design, governance, and execution of competitive and future-ready reward frameworks. The position plays an important role in advancing compensation, benefits, mobility, and recognition programs, ensuring fairness, market competitiveness, and alignment with organizational strategy.

This role collaborates closely with HR and business stakeholders across regions, delivers analytical insights, and strengthens process excellence to enhance employee experience, support talent attraction and retention, and reinforce a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Compensation & Internal Equity:
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to support competitive and equitable pay decisions
  • Support annual compensation cycle including data validation, modeling, and reporting
  • Review offers and promotions for internal equity and alignment with compensation policy
  • Maintain and enhance global job architecture and grading structure
  • Partner business leaders on job evaluation, leveling alignment, and position classification

  • Global Mobility Support:

  • Support cross-border assignment and relocation processes, including policy guidance and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with tax, immigration, and compensation requirements Reward & Recognition Programs:
  • Manage ongoing recognition programs (e.g., spot awards, long-service awards)
  • Track program effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen engagement
  • Support long-term incentive design and administration, including grant cycles, eligibility, communication, and governance alignment.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Ensure HR and compensation data accuracy across systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business and HR decisions
  • Develop and maintain Total Rewards reporting and dashboards

  • Policy, Governance & Communication:

  • Ensure reward practices comply with internal policies and local labor requirements
  • Support documentation and communication of TR programs to HR and employees
  • Identify process improvements to enhance TR delivery efficiency and employee experience

  • Benefits & Wellbeing:

  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and support vendor management
  • Monitor benefit utilization and recommend enhancements based on employee needs and cost-effectiveness
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives supporting health, inclusion, and employee experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field
  • 5–10 years of C&B / Total Rewards / HR analytics / mobility experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; BI tools a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information appropriately
