Position
The role drives the clientelling agenda with regional responsibility to ensure successful delivery of HE client engagement, coverage and development for the country.
Job responsibilities
- Leverage on client portfolio analysis to set local clienteling objectives and priorities, adapting central strategy at country level
- Oversee the definition of personalized annual development plan per client leveraging all touchpoints (O2O, gifting, events, in-store and out-of-store activities) for our clients from our top 4 HE segments
- Organize client portfolio reviews (Top Client, New Buyers, Lapsed Buyers) at country level to inform the development of robust action plans
- Build clienteling action plans by market and by store (Temple, Flagship, Seasonal) to grow the HE client portfolio with a strong focus on priority client clusters (e.g. top HE segments, new, locals,...)
- Ensure main HE clienteling targets / KPIs are met at market level, store level and HECM level in the country
- Manage the HE client database (ensuring data quality and accuracy)
- Accurately manage and ensure a proper allocation of the clienteling budget
- Interact and build relationships with HE clients acting as an ambassador of our HE creations
Profile
Education :University Degree from a leading institution.
Languages : Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Professional experience & know how: At least 15+ yrs of sales management experience in a renowned Jewlery company.
