*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customers' requirements and workflows to support their business transformation through process re-engineering. To understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, and translate these insights into effective PLM solutions.
- Work with Industry Service Sales, pre-sales teams and partners to define engagement models, assess opportunities, and evaluate feasibility, value, and risks.
- Develop and present solution architectures leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices.
- Facilitate collaboration across Dassault Systèmes teams and partners to create compelling proposals, demonstrations, and workshops to ensure consistency in solution proposals.
- Work with internal teams to enhance PLM offerings by providing feedback and insights for product development and improvement.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Industry Process Consultant, or similar role, with consulting experience in PLM projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science; 10+ years experiences in PLM related field.
- 5+ years in solution architecture and hands-on experience with ENOVIA/DELMIA/CATIA solutions or other PLM platform solutions.
- Strong proposal writing skills, capable of developing value-driven solution pitches.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
- Industry knowledge in automotive, aerospace, high-tech, or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong English communication skill in discuss and resolve technical issues with R&D.
