Job Description
Primary customer contact for software issues related to the Android platform, SCM, and code line management.

Analyze, clarify, and resolve or escalate system-level issues reported by customers.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide immediate solutions or alternatives.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure effective resolution of issues.

Perform performance analysis and optimization of the Android system.

Support integration on the Android platform, including troubleshooting, debugging, and verification.

Document issue analysis, solutions, and best practices for internal and external reference.

Communicate effectively with domestic and international customers (including the USA) to understand requirements and provide technical support.

Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews.

Requirement
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Over 3 years of experience in software development, system integration, or customer technical support, with experience in the Android platform being a plus.

Familiar with the Android operating system architecture, system services, and application framework.

Proficient in Android debugging tools (such as logcat, adb, systrace, perfetto) and performance analysis.

Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, capable of independently conducting root cause analysis of system-level issues.

Experience with embedded systems, SoC platforms, or consumer electronics is a plus.

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to clearly convey technical concepts to customers and internal teams.

Experience working with international customers, especially in the USA, is preferred.

Proactive, self-managed, able to work independently, and possess a team-oriented spirit.
