Responsibilities:


•Lead the global account strategy for TSMC, aligning with both regional and corporate objectives.


•Serve as the central communication bridge between TSMC and international teams, ensuring consistent engagement and unified solutions.


•Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities across TSMC sites worldwide.


•Collaborate with technical and application engineering teams to deliver automation and motion control solutions tailored to semiconductor manufacturing needs.


•Monitor customer roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape to anticipate TSMC's evolving requirements.


•Manage global pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to ensure sustainable growth.


•Provide regular reporting and account reviews to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.


•Minimum 8 years of experience in global/regional account management, preferably within the semiconductor or automation industry.


•Proven track record in managing multinational customer relationships at a senior level.


•Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and automation solutions.


•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across cultures.


•Willingness to travel internationally for customer and internal meetings.


•Fluent in both English and Chinese.
