Job DescriptionYour responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless integration of new tools into the production fleet.
- Conduct planned and regular maintenance to ensure tools operate at peak efficiency and reliability.
- Implement tool upgrades to enhance performance and support new product developments.
- Utilize basic project management skills to organize schedules, prepare Gantt charts, and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take the technical on-site lead depending on assignments, overseeing the project, and ensuring successful completion in line with objectives.
- Follow SOPs and proactively contribute to their improvement whenever necessary to enhance efficiency and safety.
We are looking for a passionate and talented professional to join our team. You’re a great fit if you have:
- Master´s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical systems or machinery, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Semiconductor experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in tool installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools, including Gantt charts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work in afternoon shifts, weekends, and travel within Taiwan as required by project schedules.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
