Responsibilities:

  • Full function HR management reporting to the MD (foreign citizen);
  • Part of the executive management team of the company;
  • HR and legal compliance;
  • Coordination with Group HR HQ and Asia-Pacific regional HR HQ;
  • Health & safety regulations in office- and workspace environment;
  • Compensation & Benefits (Payroll- management and administration);
  • Employee relationship management, creating a positive & inclusive work environment;
  • Communication & liaison with key contacts, internal- and external stakeholders;
  • Training, development and learning;
  • Performance management, aligning employee performance with organization goals;
  • Recruitment-, entry, and exit management, incl. staffing strategy;
  • Strategic tasks related to human resources, workforce planning and forecasting;
  • HR & office administration;
  • Direct assistance to MD with translations and corporate governance;
  • Relay of instructions and information between MD and staff;
  • Support management decision making processes with data preparation and reporting;
  • Other projects & task coordination;
  • Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the MD;

Requirements:

  • 5 years of working experience in the field of HR;


  • Familiarity with Korean labor laws and regulations;
  • Familiarity with Korean recruitment & talent management;
  • Strong employee relationship management skills;
  • Understanding of the structure and calculation of compensation & benefit schemes;
  • Ability to work with HR systems, platforms & tools;
  • Fluent and strong English and Korean communication skills in written and oral;
  • Being able to act as ambassador for our corporate culture;
  • Willingness to support miscellaneous administration tasks;
  • Ability to handle confidentiality and integrity with sensitive data and information;
  • Good problem-solving skills & logical thinking.
