- Develop collaboration strategies with key accounts across diverse sectors, including logistics, food, retail, construction, and department stores.
- Engage with asset management, operations, engineering, IT, and sustainability departments to establish annual strategies.
- Integrate Delta's internal resources (BA, ICT, EIS) to drive comprehensive solutions in HVAC, UPS, lighting, energy storage, EMS, DCIM, renewable energy, and carbon management platforms.
- Scale up single-site projects into group-level standard implementations, enhancing cross-application efficiency and increasing customer annual procurement share.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: from opportunity identification, technical presentations, proposal negotiation, and delivery management to performance validation.
Develop replicable ESG and energy-saving use cases to position Delta as a platform solution provider for non-tech conglomerates.
Minimum 10 years of B2B account management experience; prior collaboration experience with logistics, food, retail, construction, or large conglomerates is a plus.
- Familiarity with applications such as industrial facilities, cold-chain warehousing, factory automation, commercial complexes, energy management, and carbon management.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC optimization, energy-efficient lighting, energy storage systems, microgrids, energy monitoring, UPS/DCIM, and RE/CPPA implementation is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional communication and project integration skills, with the ability to lead proposal presentations and coordinate with senior executives.
- Strategic mindset with strong data-driven thinking; able to deliver project presentations and reports in both English and Chinese.
