Cloud Engineer Azure and LLM

We're seeking a skilled Cloud Software Engineer to architect and develop our innovative, scalable, and cloud-native radiology PACS platform, hosted on Microsoft Azure. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the core infrastructure and backend services for this medical application. This role will also provide opportunities to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for advanced data analysis and reporting.

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python (Flask/Django), deployed as containerized microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Architect and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure seamless application deployment and updates.

• Integrate with DICOM servers and medical imaging systems, ensuring efficient data flow within the Azure cloud environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement a secure and scalable cloud architecture on Azure.

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability using Azure monitoring and security tools.

• Document code, cloud architecture, processes, and technical specifications.

• 3+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in backend development using Python (Flask/Django).

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and Azure Container Registry.

• Proven experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

• Experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Strong command of English for effective team communication.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Experience in the healthcare technology or medical imaging sector.

• Familiarity with DICOM standards and PACS/RIS systems.

• Experience or strong interest in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), especially with Azure OpenAI Service or other generative AI platforms.

• Experience with frontend development using React/JavaScript.

• Knowledge of authentication and identity management solutions like KeyCloak.

• Experience with observability tools such as the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
