Main responsibilities:

In charge of Cookware premium brand (WMF & Lagostina) marketing plan, execution, and business delivery.

1.Marketing strategy & planning
:

  • Develop marketing strategy and plan based on local landscape and consumer understanding.
  • Bridge global product portfolio / marketing toolkit with local distributors and multifunction team.
  • Collaborate with distributors/TW local team to activate ATL and BTL marketing plan.

2.Distributor Relationship Management
:

  • Manage key distributor relationships to drive WMF penetration and sell-out performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure alignment of goals, strategy, and smooth operation.

3.Sales, Margin, and Performance Management
:

  • Set sales and margin targets and ongoing performance tracking to ensure delivery.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

4.Product Localization and Support
:

  • Coordinate localization efforts for product packaging, marketing materials, and user documentation to meet local language and cultural requirements.
  • Train distributors on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

5.Supply Chain and Inventory Management
:

  • Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Address logistical challenges to minimize disruptions.

6.Compliance and Risk Management
:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, trade laws, and safety standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with market entry and distributor relations.

Required qualifications and skills:

1.Educational Background
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2.Experience
:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, sales, trade marketing, or business development.
  • Previous experience in an international context is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in distributor management is a plus.

3.Skills
:

  • Strong business sense and analytical skills for market research, data analysis, business planning, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage distributor relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

4.Cultural Competence
:

  • Understanding of Taiwanese culture, consumer insight, and business practices.
  • Interests in Cooking is a plus.

5.Problem-solving and Adaptability
:

  • Ability to navigate complex market challenges and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities to manage risks and solve problems.
