We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with procurement and inventory tracking
- Support Sales Marketing and Production teams with basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate office maintenance and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required
Education & Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Experience handling scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience supporting HR, finance, or operations teams is a plus
