" position:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the sales development of BU products to formulate sales plan with Channel and Direct account customers to reach sales target of annual revenue.
  • Manages Channel customers and to supervise & train Distributor in terms of enhancing product knowledge, developing monthly sales forecast, closely following up with order, shipment and project status to ensure monthly sales accomplishment.
  • Presents product roadmap & strategies and new product introduction to clear identify product positioning to key customers.
  • Maintain customer relationship and current product/shipment/after sales status on customer requirement for existing and future products to enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluent in English
  • Over 3 years of experience in business development, with skills in market research, client relations, project management, and business negotiation
  • Familiar with SEA market, fluent in local language

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in vehicle safety, forklifts, cranes, construction vehicles, or ADAS-related business
  • Experience in IoT security integration, Industry 4.0, AI detection solutions, or international projects
