  • International Business Travel Coordination

海外差旅規劃與安排

  • Plan and arrange overseas business trips, including flight booking, accommodation, and itinerary.
  • 負責同仁的海外出差行程,包括機票預訂、住宿與整體行程安排。
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and cost controls.
  • 確保所有安排符合公司政策與預算控管。

2.Outbound Assignment from Taiwan

台灣同仁外派規劃與執行

  • Coordinate overseas assignments for Taiwan-based employees (expatriation or local hire).
  • 規劃與執行台灣同仁赴海外派駐(外派或當地聘任)相關事宜。
  • Handle visa/work permit applications, relocation logistics, and assignment policies.
  • 處理簽證、工作許可、搬遷與派駐相關流程與文件。

3.Inbound Assignment to Taiwan

接待法國同仁派駐來台

  • Manage the relocation and onboarding of French colleagues assigned to Taiwan.
  • 負責法國同仁來台派駐的整體安排與協助。
  • Provide end-to-end support on visa, housing, orientation, and local compliance.
  • 協助簽證申辦、住宿安排、生活適應及符合法規的作業。

4.Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance.

與法務、財務及外部顧問合作,確保合規與流程順利。

5.Maintain accurate records of assignments, documents, and immigration status.

建立並維護派駐與移民相關的資料與追蹤紀錄。

Qualifications | 資格條件

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, International Business, or related field.

擁有人力資源、國際商務或相關領域的學士學位。

  • 3+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations.

三年以上國際派駐、移民或人資營運經驗(資深專員需五年以上)。

  • Familiarity with Taiwan immigration/labor regulations; experience with international assignments preferred.

熟悉台灣相關的簽證與勞動法規;有跨國派駐經驗者佳。

  • Strong project coordination and cross-cultural communication skills.

擅長專案規劃與跨文化溝通協調能力。

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; French is a plus.

中英文流利,懂法文者尤佳。
