As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the digital operations of MOLEX OSBU global sites. You will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of IT application systems, providing first-level technical support, and driving operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. This role requires strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain IT application systems across OSBU global sites, including system deployment, access control, user training, issue tracking, and resolution.
 - Provide L1 technical support, ensuring timely resolution of tickets in alignment with SLA requirements and enhancing user satisfaction.
 - Analyze recurring issues, propose improvement plans, and drive automation to optimize IT operations.
 - Support production-related digital hardware (e.g., label printers, PDAs, scanners) and perform basic troubleshooting.
 - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
 
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
 - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware/software management within medium to large enterprises.
 - Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems, LAN/WLAN environments, and troubleshooting production digital devices.
 - Skilled in PowerShell and SQL, with basic coding capabilities.
 - Excellency in English speaking and writing, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Service-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
 - Quick learner with high stress tolerance
